• Cold Seal Coatings
BOSTIK has been a pioneer in cold seal technology and is the leading supplier for more than 35 years. BOSTIK’s cold seal (under the Turbo-Seal ® brand) is high-performance, sustainable and designed to improve your product's performance and operational efficiencies.
The cold seal line combines natural rubber latex with proprietary synthetic emulsions and polymers for high-performance sealing. It allows conversion at higher speeds to reduce the chances of streaking, ghosting and foaming which allows faster processing and less waste.
From applications in the food packaging (baked goods, frozen treats, confectionery items, granola bars, cereal bars, coffee packaging) to the medical packaging (pharmaceutical packaging applications, sterilizable and non-sterilizable overwraps for bandages, medical devices...) • FOOT-WEAR ADHESIVES
BOSTIK is also a leader in foot-wear adhesives with a comprehensive range at all stages of your process:
• Water Based Adhesive systems: We offer water based PU (polyurethane) adhesives which are VOC and REACH compliant. Those adhesives are eco-friendly and have a high green and final bond strength, non-yellowing and hydrolysis resistance properties. They have an excellent anchorage and long pot life. We also offer water based CR (chloroprene rubber) adhesive which are VOC compliant and offer a superior heat resistance. Those adhesives are available both as spray able and brush able methods.
• Solvent Based Adhesive systems: We offer a wide range of solvent based PU (polyurethane) adhesives suiting any application and desired bonding properties. With a wide range of viscosities, they are suitable to cover a wide range of substrates and processes. Those grades are REACH and VOC complaint and toluene free grades can be offered.
We also offer a wide range of synthetic rubber adhesive for all types of application. With a wide viscosity range available they have good tack and bond strengths and toluene free grades are available.
Where applicable our products are combined to primers and adhesion promoters acting as a bridge between the adhesives and the substrates. A wide range is available to cater to all your substrates needs.
• Cleaners : We offer a wide range of cleaners for all types of soles and uppers allowing the removal of any contamination and thereby improving the wetting.
• Curing Agents : Our range of curing agent (including non-yellowing products) help to improve the bond strength, heat and chemical resistance of the adhesive system
• Hot Melts : Hot Melts are used in the foot wear industry for upper and socks and our range completes our foot sear system.
We offer a wide range of Hot-Melt adhesives for the packaging industry to meet your cost and quality requirements. We provide both Metallocene and EVA based products to cover most application and machine requirements in the fields of tray erecting, case and carton closing. • Coating waxes with gloss properties:
The PARAFLEX CW range of product offers high gloss, release, closed layer, dead fold, no static build-up. Typical applications are twist wrap, fold wrap, bunch wrap in the confectionary industry, yeast wrapping, flower papers, wrappers for meat and cheese packaging.
• Coating waxes with sealing properties:
The PARAFLEX WS range of product offers high gloss, seal ability, release, closed layer, dead fold, no static build-up. Typical applications are twist wrap and fold wrap for the confectionary industry, chewing gum and bread wrappers.
• Heat Seal Hot Melts:
The PARAFLEX HS range of products offer a higher viscosity compared to wax seal grades, cohesive / adhesive strength can be formulated depending on the customer need, release, closed layer, low temperature seal, 100% solids, gap filling properties. Typical applications are

The PARAFLEX L range of products offer dead fold, fat resistance, adds structural body to the complex and is economical in small runs. Typical applications are cheese wrappers, butter wrappers, chocolate wrappers and biscuit wrappers.
• Laminating waxes with strike through properties :
The PARAFLEX LT range of products offer a strike through effect when heat sealed, dead fold, adds structural body to complex, and is economical in small batches. Typical applications are biscuit wrappers, soup cubes, chocolate wrappers, cap seal (wads).
• Vegetable waxes:
PARAMELT offers a large range of vegetable waxes (High gloss variant & wax seal variant) as an alternative to common hydrocarbure based waxes. This product range under the brand NOWAX is highly sought for in line with stringent regulatory demands.
We offer a wide range of high quality aluminum foil for the following applications:
• Flexible packaging (lamination):
These foils are mainly used in the food and pharmaceutical industries and mainly laminated (to PE, CPP, etc...) . The most common alloys are 8011, 1235, 8079 and the Temper is O. Our range start at thicknesses as low as 6 microns.
• Blister Packaging:
These foils are mainly used in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. They are usual printed (backing of medicine and / or laminated). The most common alloys are 8011, 8079, 8021 and tempers are O and H18.
• Industrial foil:
These foils are mainly used in the construction industry as insulation and reflective material. They are available as is or Polyurethane (PU)-coated and can be directly be used. The most common alloys are 8011 and 1100. The mainly used to the roofing industry as insulation and reflective construction materials to be laminated with PUR/ PIR coated. For this kind of application, we can provide you with a minimum thickness of 55 micron which in turn offers the client with the better yield without compromising the quality or property of the material.

Thermal Lamination Films

POLYPLEX can offer a range of BOPP, BOPET and Nylon based extrusion coated films.Key features of PET thermal lamination films include High bond strength, UV coating on surface and high tensile strength.

Bi-Oriented Polypropylene films are designed to offer high performance, great appearance and easy converting for the flexible packaging industry as well as other industries.
The standard BOPP film is a clear, flexible, transparent or translucent material produced from PP polymer. The low density of BOPP (0.91 vs. 1.39 for PET) makes it sometimes a ‘cheaper’ alternative in packaging usage. However one needs to keep in mind that often a thicker film needs to be used for a similar application.
